To connect - use your email address as your username and your network password. When you get a prompt about a certificate - click trust.
OneDrive 1TB Cloud Storage
OneDrive for BSFC allows 1TB of Cloud Storage per user. In College OneDrive is automatically mapped as a Z Drive. To access it at home, launch the OneDrive client on your device and enter your college e-mail address.
Remote Access allows you to login to a virtual desktop that resembles actually sitting in front of a computer in college.
The first time you use the system you will need to install the vWorkspace client software from here.
After you have installed the Remote Access client, follow this pdf, or simply open the vWorkspace icon on your desktop, it will ask you for a website or email address - enter this; https://desktop.bsfc.ac.uk/bsfc.xml
Microsoft Office for Home Use
Staff and Students are able to obtain a 5 device copy of Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus whilst you are a user of the College IT system. Further information will be provided, but in the meantime please see a member of the IT Team.
The college provides all students with a personalised email address. This email address is your login ID supplemented by @student.bsfc.ac.uk, for example email@example.com . To access your student email please click the link on the front of the VLE.
