Free WiFi
The college has the facility via its Wireless (Eduroam) service to allow staff and students to securely connect their own device (laptop/tablet/smartphone) to our network to allow access to certain systems. To connect - use your email address as your username and your network password. When you get a prompt about a certificate - click trust.
OneDrive 1TB Cloud Storage
OneDrive for BSFC allows 1TB of Cloud Storage per user. In College OneDrive is automatically mapped as a Z Drive. To access it at home, launch the OneDrive client on your device and enter your college e-mail address.
Microsoft Office for Home Use
Staff and Students are able to obtain a 5 device copy of Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus whilst you are a user of the College IT system. Further information will be provided, but in the meantime please see a member of the IT Team.
The college provides all students with a personalised email address. This email address is your login ID supplemented by @student.bsfc.ac.uk, for example 1111111@student.bsfc.ac.uk . To access your student email please click the link on the front of the VLE.
