Being a member of Staff / Student entitles you to a 5 device license for Microsoft Office.
When offsite navigate to https://portal.office.com and enter your staff/student email address and the password you use to login to the network. Once logged in click on the Install Office icon at the top right of the screen.
*Once you are no longer a member of staff/student the software will deactivate and you will need to purchase it.
