As most users have upgraded their home devices to Windows10, our Remote Access Software Supplier has found that certain changes need to be made to allow Remote Access to fully work via Windows 10.

To this end all current users are asked to download and install the new vWorkspace client from here;

Also, accessing Remote Access via the webpage, will now become the backup option with the default option to access via a desktop shortcut on your computer.

After you have installed the Remote Access client, follow this pdf, or simply after you install the Remote Access client and you open it, it will ask you for a website or email address - enter this;
